Please make sure that your monthly reports are submitted before sending money to ICA. We can't apply any monies to your account without the reports being done. Any ACH payment requests made after the 26th of the month are not guaranteed to be processed before the 10 day grace period, and late fees will be accessed. Late fees will not be waived unless there are extreme circumstances involved.
